How to install squirrelmail webmail client on Ubuntu and Ubuntu Server
- install squirrelmail by typing this
apt-get install squirrelmail
- Change Directory to /etc/apache2/sites-available
cd /etc/apache2/sites-available
- To access squirrelmail here we used previously define subdomain mail.rukspot.com
- Then open the /etc/apache2/sites-available/mail to define the root directory
nano mail
- Add or modify the mail file as below

ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost
ServerName mail.rukspot.com
DocumentRoot /usr/share/squirrelmail
<Directory />
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
</Directory>
<Directory /usr/share/squirrelmail/>

AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
allow from all
</Directory>
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /usr/lib/cgi-bin/

Allow from all

a2ensite mail
invoke-rc.d apache2 restart
- Add new users by typing this
add user
- Visit to mail.rukspot.com
- Enter the credintial and log to the mail account
