How to install LibVLC on Ubuntu
  1. Open Ubuntu terminal and enter sudo apt-get install libvlc-dev
  2. It will install the LibVLC and all the dependency for you.
  3. After install LibVLC successfully you can see the downloaded dependencies.
  4. When you run LibVLC based application sometimes you will get this kind of error message. It is happen because if couldn't found VLC plugins.
    Then simply install VLC player from Ubuntu software center or enter sudo apt-get install vlc
